Sisters!

Ah what can I say about sisters? Or what can I not say about sisters? Haha

I have an older sister, oh boy we have had so many good times together, we have had so many “bad “ times together, we have laughed, we cried, we keep secrets, we told about our secrets, we have had so many silly fight…But at the end of all that we still love each other.

I have seen through the years, that my relationship with my sister has become stronger, and stronger, it’s so amazing how God has put this special person in my life, to share special things, a special person to love, learn and grow with.

God is an awesome God, He didn’t only give me a blood sister, He gave me many other friends, that I call sisters, he has blessed me with sisters in Peru, sisters in Ecuador, Sisters in Italy, in Brazil, In Texas, in Mexico, wow if I keep going I might have to use a whole page, but you get my point right? Sisters all over the world! Wow, and I have to say that my relationship with these girls has become stronger and stronger through the years too, and my friendship with them is like no other.

Often I ask myself, what is the power that keeps sisters together, how can we having so many differences we yet are the same?

I don’t really know the answer to that, the only thing I know is that God put my sisters in my life, lo love them and be there for them and be an example to them, by being Christ like.

In all my 20 years of life, I have been in so many places, so many beautiful countries, I have seen gorgeous mountains , I have seen the ocean in 5 deferent countries all of them beautiful, I have seen God’s creation in so many ways, in so many smells, in so many shapes, I see it everywhere I go.

Look around you, look at the ocean, look at the stars, smell the flowers! Wow He loves us so much that he gave us all this, a gift, a gift for His master peace, His one and only, most precious creation! You and me! He created all of this for you and me my friend.

So go out there, enjoy the gift that God has givin you! So go out there LIVE! LOVE and LAUGH! God has made all of this for you, He wants you to enjoy everything, He wants you to love everything he has made! So my friend today I encourage you to:

LIVE every day as if it was your last!

LOVE His creation, LOVE yourself and LOVE others!

Back at la casa

I have been in Trinidad for one week allready, an it seems like it has been a whole year!!!

Wow it's so crazy to think that I am not longer en Leon, it has been almost three months since I left Leon, and It's so crazy to me, but it's also good, cuz now I can go on serving God in another city, another country, Trinidad.

Trinidad is my new home for now, it has been good to see my familia, and all the church member and catch up with them after so long, God is working in Trinidad, he is working in the church and in peoples lifes. God is so owesome! I am going to be here until July or maybe a little longer, I am going to work and be with my family for a while, and then I am planning on going back to Mexico, but this time I am not going back to Leon, I will be going to Chetumal, Quintana Roo.

As for now, I ask that you keep me in your prayers.

On saturday 6th of febuary... we had a dinner for valentine's day at the church, we had alot of fun and we took tons of pictures and we had good food and in all we had a great night...

we were aloud to bring a date to this woderful night, so I decided to invite one of the youth group guys, his name is Joshua Galvan, he is 13 years old, and he was super happy to be my date...

there was alot of new people... I hope and I pray that this night made an impact on their lifes.

On the 22nd our team got together with Adriana and the some of the youth group to make a christmas/circus-puppet show end of the year party...

we worked really hard for this, so the kids in the church would have good time, and they can learn a lil bit more about why we celebrate Christmas...

God is so good :) we had like 4 non Christian adults... and more than 10 non christian kids... please pray with me so that this event impact in their lifes in some way.

Today was the last ladies breakfast of this year of 2009... it was so good and encouraging to fellowship with so many good women of God, and also to see Gods people working together for one purpose...
Today was a special day, because we had a gift exchange, and we had a good study by Barb Gary... she is such a good example of how a christian lady should be... I admire her alot.
I will sure miss this times together and I am also looking forward to next years one...

I am so blessed to be here in Leon.... and I thank my God to bless me so much

Time to leave home!!!

Now, my short vissit home is over... I am leaving tomorrow and I am pretty bummed about it, but I am also excited to go back to Leon :).

Being home was such a blessing for me, I got to see my sister and I met my sisters boyfriend, Tyler, I saw my dad and my mom and my brother Franco, my dad is doing so much better, I've gotten to enjoy my mom's cooking, and also went to the beach. I praise God for giving me all of this blessings,I praise and thank God for blessing me with good supporters, you guys are in my prayers, thanks for letting my trip to Trinidad be a sucess.

I am in Trinidad!!!

I finally made it in here!!! I am here with my mom and my sister Sasha and we are having a good time together, my dad just went out to sell his boomerangs and my brother took Tyler around the city.

This is a good time for my family to be together because I haven't seen my sister for a while, and also it's good to see my dad, as you know he was sick... and now he is doing so much better. Trinidad is humid and hot, but the tropical rains makes it so beautiful. I am missing Leon, but this, being home, is very refreshing!!! and I will enjoy it as much as I can.

Isn't God good that he gives you the things you need when you need it!!!

My birthday was on tuestay :)

Every tuesday we have a thing called ladies breakfast and this tuesday was in my apartament... I had the ladies over and we shared and laugh and had a good time!!!

Barbara Gary made my birthday cake... I loved it...

We shared and laugh until 12 noon... Andrea and Nadia and Patty decided to stay and spend a lil bit of time with me until 2:00

At night my teammates arganized a surprice party for me!!! I had a good birthday...

I thank my God for giving my a new year of life and I thank Him for such good friends!!!

I feel so blessed to be able to work here in Leon, Mexico... God has worked in my life in so many diferent ways... one of those is by helping other people!!!

On saturday 3rd of october the Leon Sur Chruch of Christ celebrated the union of two youths Jesus and Alondra... my team and I got together to buy theyr wedding cake... and we got a pretty cake for their wedding day!!! I love being able to help people...

On friday we helped Barbara Gary to decorated the church building... she helped Jesus and Alondra with the decotetions!!! she is such a good woman and such a good helper...

Omar Palafox married them off... he did a good job too....

I am blesses to have good people in my life... and I want to thank my supporters for making this happen!!!

The Mexico missionary retreat thhis year was hosted by Cory and Tonny Burns... it was at a hotel in Nueavo Vallarta...

We had a great time together and sharing our work with each other... and enjoying gods creation...God is so great and owesome!!!

We also got to see our coordinators and alot of Aimers in other fields it was such a good time for me... I love beoing around Gods people and just havein funn together!!!

Thanks to my supporters I was able to be there... thank you very much

Yesterday saturday 29th of August we went to a wedding, it was Lety's brother wedding, we had a good time together, and we enjoyed of good food to :)

On saturday we had a Vacation Bible School...

We had like 35 kids, from 3 to 10 years old, we had three classes, the classes were lead by us AIMers... it turn out to be pretty cool... I am very greateful to all the people that helped us and give us a hand to make this possible...

God is so powerful and mighty... we are blessed by Him everyday!!!

on saturday 8th of August we had our first youth rally... it turn out to be a good time to grow and make friends....

Not many people came but its ok... We just need to prepare ourselves more for the next one that its going to be on October 10 of 2010 yay!! Looking forward to that!!

The Church Of Christ In Mesquite Texas put together an owesome team of eigth to come and do a mission trip here in mexico...

They came on wenesday 22nd of july and we went to pick them up in Gudalajara Mexico... we stayed there until thursday and we vissited the church in Guadalajara, were my coordinator parents live and worship... it was so good to felloship and have a good time with them...

We left to Leon on thursday and vissited some people and have devotionals and encourage the church in here...

Sunday was a good time... we got to worship our Lord and then we went to have lunch at the Rubios house and then we went to la deportiva and play some soccer and had a good time...

monday morning we went to guanajuato and vissited the church in there, its not a big church but they do a great work...

we watch over the city and had a good time... they left on thuesday.. it was a sad time but the good thing is that they left here to do good thing for god wherever they are at!!!

I love them very much and i keep them very close to my heart!!!
